The Gran Commenda di Santi Giovanni e Lazzaro di Gerusalemme is based in Italy under the protection of H.I.R.H. Prince don Ezra Annibale Foscari Widmann Rezzonico, Head of the Imperial House of Leopardi of Constantinople, of which I am a member. It has received the spiritual benediction of the Patriarch of Antioch of the Syrian Orthodox Church and is recognized as an official institution of that church. The Grand Commandery was formed in 2019 by the union of several international commanderies in the chivalric traditions of St John and St Lazarus. In November 2025, I was appointed Hereditary Commander of Justice in the Order.

The Grand Prior of the Grand Commandery is H.E. Arconte Antonino Iuculano. This Order has appointed me as Grand Counselor with the title and rank of Grand Officer, which is the highest rank in the Order.
