This video has been the subject of a copyright misidentification by YouTube, which believes incorrectly that it is the transcription by Julius Chaloff, rather than the world première recording of the transcription by Walter Niemann, and proposes therefore to permit a publisher (LatinAutorPerf, UNIAO BRASILEIRA DE EDITORAS DE MUSICA – UBEM, and LatinAutor – UMPG) to make money fraudulently by advertising on content to which it has no legitimate rights. A dispute has been filed to rectify this. Until the dispute is resolved in my favour, the video will remain private to avoid the publisher in question making any money from it.
